Planning
After filling up the quotation form, we will be provide you the quotation in 2-3 days.
Upon approval of the quotation, proposal will be sent. After signing the proposal, the terms and condition, a 30% down payment is required.
Development
Upon the receipt of the down payment, our developers will now start working on the project. Progress reports will be given to you weekly. Upon finishing the development, you are required to pay another 30% of the original project quote.
QA Testing
After the development phase, we’ll provide you with a working prototype of the system for testing. You can provide feedbacks, bugs noticed and minor changes. We will also test the prototype on our end to detect bugs, critical issues to be addressed before deployment.
Deployment
Before deployment, you are required to pay the remaining 40% of the project quote. Once the payment is confirmed, we will begin deploying the working application. Source codes will be provided in a private versioning application(e.g. Git/SVN). Lastly, a manual will also be provided.
Maintenance
We will provide a month of free maintenance and support. After that, any issues or additional features needed will be subjected to separate quotation.
